Holistic Consultation and Follow up

Two part complete 1 on 1 consultation service:

Part 1 includes 1 hr holistic consultation -  intake, evaluation, assessment and development of personalized protocol. 

Part 2 will be a follow up appointment which will be approximately 30 minutes to discuss the protocol and address any questions or concerns.
