Refund policy

If your items are damaged or broken please email lyra@spiralmoonherbcraft.com

immediately with a photo of the damaged item and we are happy to issue a refund,

store credit, or a replacement.

 

If your item is not damaged, we do accept returns on unopened items.

If you have a reaction to any roll-on or body care product, please email

lyra@spiralmoonherbcraft.com 

 so that we can respond and either give you a refund or credit. We recommend trying the smaller size 5ml roll-ons before committing to the full 10ml size if you are unsure about scent or how your skin will react to the ingredients.

We assume no liability for any reactions and expect our customers to consult with their healthcare providers if there are any prior concerns before using our products.

We will not return shipping charges for items that have not been damaged. Recipient must pay to ship unopened items back and a refund will be issued upon receipt.

Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the product.
