Heart To Heart Herbal Tea Blend

This blend of herbs was crafted with the intention of lifting and opening the heart during times of emotional stress, grief or to soften the walls we build up. The herbs in this blend each contribute in their own special ways. Tulsi is a remarkable adaptogenic herb that is also referred to as "holy basil" with fantastic flavor, commonly used in ayurveda. Linden carries a warm nourishing aspect, supporting the heart. Hawthorn is traditionally used in supporting circulation. Rose carries a prominent role as a nourishing gem in this blend as it is known for it's uplifting effect as well as supporting the heart and providing antioxidants. 

Ingredients:

Tulsi - Ocimum sanctum

Linden - Tilia cordata

Wild rose - Rosa gallica

Hawthorn leaf - Crataegus monogyna

Small pouches contain approx 22 grams (almost 1oz)

Bag contains approximately 5-10 servings.

Larger standing pouches are approx 2-2.5oz

Bag contains approximately 10-20 servings.

Serving size 1-2tsp per 8 ounces of hot water or 

to create a stronger infusion, add 1 oz of herbs to a quart jar and pour hot water over. Let infusion brew for a minimum of 4 hours, strain and serve hot or iced.
