Serenity Blend herbal tea

These aromatic herbs help to support the nervous system particularly during times of stress or unease. During this time of pandemic, these emotional states have become almost a constant for many of us. Many people are looking for natural ways to help bring back balance to our emotional, physical and spiritual well being. In the spirit of this journey, the serenity blend is here to help bring some of that balance through nourishing herbs. While it seems so simple, a soothing cup of tea can be tremendously healing. This can also be a time to check in with yourself and see if there are too many stimulants present that can aggravate the nerves (such as too much sugar or caffeine!). All herbs in this blend are organic!

Ingredients:

Lemon Balm Melissa officinalis,

Skullcap Scutellaria lateriflora,

Lavender Lavandula angustifolia

Small pouches contain approx 22 grams (almost 1oz)

Bag contains approximately 5-10 servings.

Larger standing pouches are approx 2-2.5oz

Bag contains approximately 10-20 servings.

Serving size 1-2tsp per 8 ounces of hot water or 

to create a stronger infusion, add 1 oz of herbs to a quart jar and pour hot water over. Let infusion brew for a minimum of 4 hours, strain and serve hot or iced.
